仕事の自動化、そしてAIに取って代わられる仕事。その時働く意味とは？
「The Office」を見たことがある人なら本能的に理解できると思いますが、仕事に行く意味とは、職場をひとつのコミュニティにすることです。他の人との交流を楽しむ場所。AIや仕事の自動化は、人々がそうするための時間を生み出す、喜ぶべき方法です。

ある種のテクノロジーの未来における素晴らしい考え方を知る事ができて、感動しました。
ザッカーバーグは、AIは実体ではなく、すべての事を効率的にするためのプロセスであって、それによって人々がより意味のある生活を求めることができると言っており、私はこの点に心から同意します。
ノア・ハラリの話も目から鱗でした。富の分配において残念なのは、技術の不公平な分配であると。簡単に言うと、AIはエンジニアから仕事を取っているのではなく、実際には小さな都市や田舎の仕事を不要にすることで、仕事を受けています。あなたがもしトラックの運転手だったら、まあ、間もなく自律走行車の技術がその仕事を無くしてしまうでしょうね。
だからこそ、大都市では常に仕事があり、スキルの高い人たちは多くの仕事が舞い込む一方で、訓練されていない人々の仕事はますます減っていくことになります。新しい事を学び、これを楽しむ事が一番大事なスキルであることは間違いなさそうです。

Work automation and jobs being taken by AI. Where is the meaning of going to work then?
As anyone who ever watched the show “The Office” understands instinctively, the meaning of going to work comes from making the workplace a community. A place where you enjoy the interactions with others. The AI or all this automation is gladly opening for time for people to do that.
Last week I saw this video of Mark Zuckerberg talking with historian Yuval Noah Harari https://youtu.be/Boj9eD0Wug8 Amazing to see some of the great minds of our time talking about the future of certain technologies.
Zuckerberg brings several points that I really agree with, being that AI is not an entity but a process that makes everything for efficient and that people are looking for more meaningful lives.
Noah Harari also opened my eyes to unfair distribution of technology as a disparaging factor into wealth distribution. In simpler words, AI is not taking jobs of the engineers, but actually from smaller cities and the countryside by making some of those jobs useless. If you were a tractor driver, well, autonomous car technology will end your job very soon.
That is why there will always be jobs in the big cities, there will be more jobs for high skilled people and less and less for untrained ones. There is no answer other than the most important skill you can have is to enjoy learning new things.
